Hello, my name is Joe Bertolucci, owner of Affordable Heating & Air. I began Affordable Heating & Air here in Sacramento back in 1990.

I had just gotten out of the Air Force in, and tried employment with other heating and air companies. I always felt a sense of disappointment, however, because the service managers always put profit ahead of the customer's needs.

The company's major complaint about me? I was "too honest" with the customers.

Wanting to create a company that put the customer first, I began Affordable Heating & Air from the family station wagon and didn’t look back. Today we have a great reputation with our customers, the California State Licensing Board, the Better Business Bureau, and the Metro Chamber of Commerce.

I began this business with the Golden Rule of “doing to others as I would have them do to me,” and still hold firmly to that point of view.

At Affordable Heating & Air, we want to get to know you, the customer, and prove that we can provide what you need and want from your heating and air conditioning company.
